The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you important rights regarding your credit report and score. This page summarizes those rights and how our service fits in. It is not legal advice.

Your right to dispute errors
If you believe your credit report contains inaccurate or incomplete information, you have the right to dispute it. Disputes must be submitted directly to the credit reporting agency (or agencies) that show the error. We do not submit disputes for you and cannot change what appears on your report—only the bureaus can update your file.

What we provide
SafeScore gives you access to your TransUnion credit score and report, explains them in plain language, and offers educational tips to help you understand and improve your credit. We are not a credit repair organization. We do not remove, alter, or “fix” items on your report. Only the credit reporting agencies can modify your file, including after you file a valid dispute.
How we use your information
We obtain your credit report only for a permissible purpose under the FCRA: at your request, for your own use. We use your information solely to request and display your report and score, to provide our service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
